NOTICE OF HAYLING ISLAND HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY AGM
22nd November, 7:30pm. South Hayling URC, Hollow Lane, PO11 9EY
The committee members up for election this year are Secretary, Show Manager and Trading Treasurer. Nominations for these posts need to be received by myself in writing by 31st October.
These posts are currently held by:

Show Manager: Tim Speller
Trading Treasurer; Martin Clark
They are all happy to continue and will automatically be elected unless other nominations are received in which case it will be put to a vote at the AGM.
