The management committee and sub committees meet regularly throughout the year. Full committee meetings are held in January, May and September, followed by our AGM in November, 7pm at the South Hayling United Reformed Church.

The Society has 3 sub-committees responsible for our talks, shows, outings and the Trading Centre. These committees are made up of unelected volunteers and chaired/managed by an elected member who also sits on the main committee.
The social sub is responsible for the monthly talks, outings and social events if you are interested in being involved in helping to set up and run the programme of events for the year please get in touch with Gill Swift on social@hihs.org.uk
