Members Supper and AGM
We were delighted that so many members joined us for our Annual General Meeting. Held in the United Reform Church Hall, the Chairman outlined the years activities and healthy financial report, which were also given in written form.

Thanks were given to retiring committee members Martin Clark and Vanessa James. Martin was thanked for his excellent work at Trading Centre Treasurer but is continuing in the role of Acting Trading Centre Manager until a replacement is found and trained up.
Vanessa was thanked for everything she did as Trading Centre Manager and for her hard work in setting up the new Trading Centre till. Our President, Ray Jones thanked everyone for coming and presented the President’s Award to Liese Holden for all her hard work in establishing the Community Fair aspect the Annual Show.
Following the main business of the evening, members enjoyed the opportunity to chat and mingle over an excellent buffet whilst they tested their horticultural knowledge on a table quiz, won by Tim Speller’s table.
