Notice of Officers standing down by rotation – Nov 2022

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 23 rd November 2022 at the URC Church hall in Hollow Lane.

The following officers are due for election;
Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Lecture Secretary

Tim Speller, Tony Hall and Liese Holden all retire by rotation. Tony wishes to retire from the committee, and Liese does not wish to continue in the role of Lecture Secretary.

The management committee are proposing renaming the role of Lecture Secretary to Social Manager. Incorporating the existing duties of the Lecture Secretary and also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the societies social activities, outings and holiday.
